Off-Spec Polyester Chips
Off-Spec Polyester Chips are virgin-grade PET polymers that do not meet certain color or IV standards for textile-grade use but retain excellent mechanical and chemical properties.
They are widely used in industries requiring strength, heat resistance, and reliability at competitive costs.
Polyester Chip Range
- Intrinsic Viscosity (IV): 0.62 – 0.88
- Color: Slight off-white / pale yellow/ Bright/ Semi Dull
- Melting Point: 250–255°C
- Bulk Density: 0.80 – 0.85 g/cm³
- Applications: Nonwoven fabrics, engineering plastics, compounding, Fiber’s , Yarn, Bottles
- Additional Features: High strength, economical substitute for virgin PET
